Hi everyone, it’s Kevin and I’m so happy to be back and to have this mighty forum in which to speak with so many friends.
Several weeks ago, my sister-in-law Hope Clayburn, at her Birthday Bash Celebration at 831 S. Cooper, stated that music had taken her around the world. Hope’s statements reminded me that, over the past 35 years, exercise, fitness and health have enabled me to see wonderful places, work for super employers and meet so many fantastic people. This fitness journey has been a remarkable and rewarding excursion that has constantly spiraled upward.
Now, providence dictates that I more fully invest in my dreams and make them realities. Elemental Fitness and Performance of Memphis has been delivered.
